• The unique hands-on interactive science and technology centre with 100 exhibits to amuse and enthuse the whole family. At INTECH you will understand how to bend light, create your own tornado and vortex, work out how much energy it takes to power a light bulb. INTECH has been created to bring to life the worlds of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
• The UKs largest digital planetarium, showing presenter-led and pre-recorded shows.
• A variety of activity quiz trails are available for £1 each.
  
  
• The INTECH café serves hot and cold meals and snacks and is open daily between 10.00am - 3.30 pm.
  
  
• INTECH has 180 free car parking spaces including designated coach and disabled places. Please be advised that the new Planetarium has caused a surge in visitors and during busy times the car park can be full by 11.30am (busy times means school holidays and wet days). The car park capacity is just right for INTECH. When the car park is full, the Centre is full.
  
  
• The centre has full disabled access and amenities for all.
  
  
• The INTECH shop has a wide range of interesting and unusual toys, gifts and souvenirs. On-line shopping is available on www.intech-uk-shop.com
  
  
• Please be aware that we have no indoor picnic facilities, but there is an outdoor picnic area.

• Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

• Until 25th July there are a large number of school bookings on weekday mornings, public visitors are advised that  Intech will be less busy after 1:30pm.
